Item health reports

The Item Health report enables advertisers to see the health of their sponsored items and take corrective actions as needed, to improve item performance and reach their desired campaign goals. 
 
To view your report, navigate to the Reports tab and select Item Health.

This report provides a streamlined way of viewing various aspects of your advertised Sponsored Search items within your Automatic and Manual campaigns. It includes signals such as item availability, Buy Box win rate, item page view, whether an item is a primary variant, etc.  
 
This information can help you to run high-performing campaigns by helping you select healthy items from your catalog to advertise.

Item Health Report view

 

Note:  This report only shows enabled items that have been live for at least three days.

Item Health report columns and definitions:

  • Primary variant: Whether an item is a primary variant. The primary variant was previously known as the "base item."  All variations within the variant group will be mapped to the primary variant.  It is important to note that with the launch of variant bidding, all variants, including the primary variant, can be promoted and displayed within Sponsored Search campaigns.  
  • Item status: Whether an item is published or unpublished.
  • Product detail page views: Number of times the product detail page for this item was visited today or in last 7 days.
  • Item availability: Percentage of time the item was in stock today or in the last 7 days.
  • Win rate: Percentage of time the item won the Buy Box today or in the last 7 days.
